Learning outcomes
|
The aims of this course are to equip graduates with basic knowledge in the theory and practice of the institutes of private law in the Czech Republic and raising the legal conscience of graduates.
Students understand the basics and the basic concepts of private law - function, institutes etc.

Prerequisites
|
The course of Law I (PRAV1) is a prerequisite for the course of Law II.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
Credit Requirements: Participation in seminars. Working out specified legal acts and the successful elaboration of a written test. Examination Requirements: During the examination, students demonstrate knowledge of the foundations of private law. The examination is conceived as a summary exam of Law I and Law II.
