Course content
Lectures: 1. Object, history, methods of psychology of work and organization 2. Conditions of work, work analysis, changes in work, psychological and sociological expertise of company 3. Qualification and work ability, work capacity, working load, make a compoud with work and organization 4. Motivation and attitudes towards work, job satisfaction 5. Working career, psychological and sociological participation in the professional training of managers 6. Staff with problems, corporate consulting, staff requiring special attention 7. Working group, working team, an industrial conflict 8. Corporate culture 9. Interaction and communication within the organization 10. Influence in the working process 11. Psychological aspects of a business meeting 12. Psychology of personal selling 13. Job loss Seminars: 1 - self-cognizance on the basis of psychological methods 2 - self-cognizance of interpersonal characteristics 3 - self-cognizance of incentive profile 4 - training in the recognition of unfriendly negotiating styles 5 - training in skills of non-verbal self-assertion 6 - training in skills of verbal self-assertion 7 - training in self-presence 8 - training in the leading of the sales interview 9 - training in dealing with conflict and personality immature types of people 10 - training in leading of meetings 11 - presentation of excellent individual students´ works 12 - presentation of excellent individual students´ works 13 - presentation of excellent individual students´ works

Credit Requirements: - working out of a seminary work - test Credits will be awarded not earlier than 14 days before the end of the semester in accordance with the measure of Dean No. 124/2017 Article 15. Examination Requirements: During the examination, students demonstrate their ability to apply their knowledge of the course when solving specific practical problems. The examinations will be written 3 weeks before the beginning of the examination period in accordance with the measure of Dean No. 124/2017 Article 15.
