Lectures: 1. Object, history, methods of psychology of work and organization 2. Conditions of work, work analysis, changes in work, psychological and sociological expertise of company 3. Qualification and work ability, work capacity, working load, make a compoud with work and organization 4. Motivation and attitudes towards work, job satisfaction 5. Working career, psychological and sociological participation in the professional training of managers 6. Staff with problems, corporate consulting, staff requiring special attention 7. Working group, working team, an industrial conflict 8. Corporate culture 9. Interaction and communication within the organization 10. Influence in the working process 11. Psychological aspects of a business meeting 12. Psychology of personal selling 13. Knowledge of basic psychological phenomenons, ways and approaches to understanding the human psyche, acquaintance of human, integration into the social relatios and social settlements, knowledge of social processes and social structure.

Prerequisites
|
The course Statistics (STAT) is prerequisite for the course of Sociology and psychology. The SOPS is built on the course Principles of social sciences and especially Principles of psychology and sociology for secondary schools.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Test
Credit Requirements: Working out of an individual seminary work of the extent of at least eight A4 pages. Demonstration of knowledge from this course through the test Examination Requirements: During the examination, students demonstrate their ability to apply their knowledge of the course when solving specific practical problems. The total mark is determined on the basis of the results of the semester tests and examination.
