The perpetrator of the offense 6. Subjective aspects of the offense 7. Circumstances excluding illegality 8. Development stages of the offense 9. Participation 10. Criminal liability and sanctioning of legal persons 11. Concept of administrative law, its function, principles of administrative criminal law, liability for offense 12. Concept of offense, attempted misdemeanor, continuation of offense, continuing misconduct, mass offense 13. |
Learning outcomes of the course unit is to interpret the regulation of criminal law aspects of commercial relations, corporate and commercial law, as well as regulation of trade law. Attention is also dedicated to the legal regulation of administrative punishments. Criminal Material Law deals with the protection of the most important values in society against criminal offenses and offenders by defining the features of acts that are criminal offenses and laying down sanctions that can be imposed for their commission. Students also learn the interpretation of criminal law standards and their application in specific business cases. The subject deals with entrepreneurs' responsibility, both natural persons and legal persons, especially taking into account the new regulation of the liability of legal entities and the possibilities of their possible development, not only in the field of criminal law, but also with overlapping into administrative law.

Credit Requirements: 1. Participation in seminars (max. 3 absences) 2. Written tasks: - settlement agreement - Proposed suspension of criminal prosecution - Agreement on guilt and punishment 3. Credit test 4. Practical excursion Credits will be awarded not earlier than 14 days before the end of the semester in accordance with the measure of Dean No. 124/2017 Article 15. Exam requirements: During the exam students will demonstrate knowledge of criminal and administrative law. The examinations will be written 3 weeks before the beginning of the examination period in accordance with the measure of Dean No. 124/2017 Article 15. |
