Students understand the basics, the basic concepts of law and institutions of the European Communities and the European Union. They are able to orientate in the legal regulations in the area of agriculture of the Community and apply them. |

Oral examination
Credit Requirements: Participation in seminars. Working out and presentation of the seminary work at the one issue. Examination Requirements: During the examination, students demonstrate the knowledge and orientation in the basics of EU law and legislation relating to agriculture. |
