Course content
Cultivation and agrotechnics of main field crops. Winter and spring cereals, root crops, oilseeds, fiber and technical crops. Corn for grain and for silage. Legumes. Main fodder. Agrotechnics, establishment of stands, nutrition and fertilization, basics of protection, harvesting and post-harvest treatment of main products. Quality requirements for the main products of crop production. Significance and choice of variety in growing systems and their zoning in different growing conditions.

Learning outcomes
Subject of the final state examination. Mastering and studying the scientific and professional issues of the subject obtained in the form of lectures, exercises and self-study of selected chapters from teaching texts and professional literature. Improving the ability to analyze and synthesize professional knowledge and their interpretation. Acquisition and deepening of knowledge and materials for practical professional activity, or subsequent study.
Theoretical knowledge of professional subjects, the ability to work with professional literature, the ability to formulate conclusions from the studied issues.
