Course content
The content is focused on agricultural technologies and biotechnologies, technologies of processing and conservation of plant and animal products. Preservation by drying, fermentation. Requirements for the quality of cereals, oilseeds and legumes and methods of their processing in bakery, brewing, sugar and distillery, etc. Use of technologies in the production of biological preparations for the preservation or protection of plants, compost and wastewater treatment. Processing and fermentation of meat products. Dairy and cheese. Selected chapters of processing technologies according to raw materials and products.

Learning outcomes
Subject of the final state examination. Mastering and studying the scientific and professional issues of the subject obtained in the form of lectures, exercises and self-study of selected chapters from teaching texts and professional literature. Improving the ability to analyze and synthesize professional knowledge and their interpretation. Acquisition and deepening of knowledge and materials for practical professional activity, or subsequent study.
Theoretical knowledge of professional subjects, the ability to work with professional literature, the ability to formulate conclusions from the studied issues.
