Course content

Pests of major field crops. Mechanical, chemical and biological regulation. Animal pests of field crops at the level of micro to gigafauna and the possibilities of their regulation. Developmental cycles of the main pests of field crops. Pests of fruit trees, vegetables and pests associated with the greenhouse environment. Biological, integrated and chemical plant protection.

Learning outcomes
|
Subject of the final state examination. Mastering and studying the scientific and professional issues of the subject obtained in the form of lectures, exercises and self-study of selected chapters from teaching texts and professional literature. Improving the ability to analyze and synthesize professional knowledge and their interpretation. Acquisition and deepening of knowledge and materials for practical professional activity, or subsequent study.
Theoretical knowledge of professional subjects, the ability to work with professional literature, the ability to formulate conclusions from the studied issues.
