Learning outcomes
Who is man? Man as continuance. Autenticity and inautenticity of human being. Word in philosophy sense. Historical overview of European philosophical thinking. Philosophy of history of 20th century - conception of history evolution, philosophy of nature - A.N.Whitehead Contemporary philosophy of social science, modern and postmodern philosophy, F. Lyotard, G. Deleuze, M. Foucault. Czech intelectual background of philosophical thinking of 20th century.
Student is well informed about principal methods and categories of philosophical thinking, critically comments on philosophical texts from history of philosophy.
