Medial communication constitutes very important stream of experiences and findings in current modern society, experience and piece of knowledge for always bigger circle of recipients. Problem sharable know - how, comprehension of connection, reflection of the personal position and sharing of the value orientation for modern man happen base conditions of individual existing and his including into the companies. Media enter to the private life of individuals and bring into the life an unusual gauge public proportion sharable with others. At the same time in our conditions media sharing on formation forms of the public life and bring into our life a lot of intimate elements. Ability to evaluate and to use stimuli, which come from surrounding world, more and more need our possibilities to work up, evaluate and use stimuli, which come from media, inclusive of all the "new" one = electronic.
