Course content |
Civil and canonical aspects of closing marriage: consent, impediments, and form of marriage. Preparation to marriage, ecumenical aspects of mixed marriage. Difficult situations in marriage and family: Divorce, the situation of the divorced and remarried people, the declaration of nulity of marriage.

Canon law 2 aims at introducing the student to legal aspects of the life in marriage and family according to civil law and canon law.
Student will learn basic legal aspects of the institution of marriage and family, especially the closing of marriage, married life, and divorce and the declaration of nulity of marriage. |
