a) Introduction to the Theory of law orientation in the fundamental juridical notions, hierarchy of law prescriptions, juridical norms and their application b) Constitutional law of the Czech Republic stages of constitutional development, fundamental rights and liberties, dividing of powers into legislative, executive and judicial c) The European Union Law its influence on the law system of the Czech Republic d) Introduction to the Civil law New Civil Code, fundamental orientation in the sphere of the civil and process law, matrimony and family law e) Introduction to the Labor and Social providing law significance of its juridical applications in the social area f) Introduction to the Penal law the course of penal process, penal responsibility of youthful, assistance of dismissed delinquents

The goal of instructed subject consists in acquiring information rending possible an orientation in the law order and juridical system in the Czech Republic, in the most important acts, including the fundamentals in the European Union law, but also in acquiring abilities to apply these information in the praxis of social sphere.
Students should dispose of ability to thing logically, structured. They should interpret normative texts with help of logical arguments and be able to reach a global view of the normative system sense. |

Oral examination
Studying of the most important acts according to the individual direction of student. Survey of the law system of the Czech Republic. Essay of seven pages at least on the topic according to the individual direction of student. |
