Course content
1.Letter of James the history of research: the important commentaries and studies. 2. Theological themes of the letter. 3. Social and ethical aspects of the letter. Reading and interpretation of the letter: 4. Jam 1:1-18 5. Jam 1:19-27 6. Jam 2:1-13 7. Jam 2:14-26 8. Jam 3:1-12 9. Jam 3:13-18 10. Jam 4:1-12 11. Jam 4:13-5:6 12. Jam 5:7-20

Thorough acquaintance with the Letter of James, its literary and theological characteristics and its historical background.
A deeper knowledge of the Letter of James and related themes.
