Course content
Athletics: 1-2. Introduction of course content and credit requirements. Distribution of student works. Track and Field athletics training, organization in schools and sports. 3-4.. Sport training of Track and Field athletics events (common structure) and official rules. Particular rules and structure of sport accomplishment variol Track and Field athletics events. 5-6. Sprints and starts, middle and long distance tracks. Information about relay races and hurdle race. 7-8. Long jump , high jump and triple jump. 9-10. Throw and javelin throw. Some information about discus throw and hammer throw. 11-12. Shot put, pentathlon, women heptathlon and men decathlon.. 13-14. The work with portfolio of student. Analyse of student works. 1.-2. Introduction of course content and credit requirements. Distribution of didactical performances. 3.-4. Did. performances - long and middle distance tracks - run technique and motivation exercise. 5.-6. Did. performances - throws - methodical sequences, special warm up. 7.-8. Did. performances - shot put - methodical sequences, special warm up, strength training. 9.-10. Did. Performances - high jump - methodical sequences, take off exercises, circle training. 11.-12. Did. Performances - sprints, starts and long jump - methodical sequences. 13.-14. Did. Performances - preparation and realization of Track and Field athletics competition. Swimming Lectures: 1. Introduction to the swimming sports problems 2. Swimming history, history of competitive swimming 3. Front crawl stroke (CR) technique 4. Backstroke (BC) technique 5. Breaststroke (BR) technique 6. Butterfly stroke (BF) technique 7. Starts and turns technique of individual strokes 8. Individual relays and relays competitions 9. Basics of swimming training 10. Basics of swimming training 11. Basics of swimming methodology 12. Swimming rules 13. The work with portfolio of student. Competitions organization and selection of talents Practical lectures: 1. Repetition of all swimming strokes (BR, BC, CR, BF) 2. Control swimming 100 CR, 100 BR, than stretch BR, CR, BF, BC 3. 4x20BF, 4x20 BR, 20x20 CR 5. Technique correction, 4x80 IR 6. Repetition of starts technique, 3x200CR 7. Repetition of turns technique, 3x40 BF, 3x40 BC, 3x40 BR, 3x40 CR 8. 8x20 BC, than endurance development CR - descendent series 9. Speed development, than modify IR 10. Technique correction BF, BC, 4x200 CR 11. Stretch 20 BF, BC, BR, CR 12. Repetition of starts and turns technique, than descend series CR 13. Stretch 40 BF, BC, BR, CR 14. Credit fulfilment requirement

Learning outcomes
Athletics: To inform students about theory and didactics of Track and Field athletics events and to enable them to practice obtained skills and knowledge in educational reality. Swimming: The content is applied swimming in the whole range of the problems and basic personal rescue in the conditions of a swimming pool. Breef introduction to other swimming sport (water polo, diving, synchronized swimming, underwater rugby).
Athletics: The course participant should be able to explain and to demonstrate correct techniques of selected track and field events (track, jumps and throws) and also to understand relevant rules of athletics. Swimming: Absolvent is able to swim whole stroke and is able to swim 160 iregual relay in prescript time

Written examination, Systematic student observation

Athletics: Active participation in the lessons. To full fill practical requirements of selected Track and Fields athletics events. Didactical performance and didactical test. Swimming: Seminar work on chosen theme, didactic presentation
