Course content
Gymnastics lecture: 1. History and achievements of css. gymnastics. 2. New trends in gymnastics taking place in the world. 3. Characteristics of gymnastic disciplines. 4. System and structure of gymnastic activities. 5. Modern gymnastics and dance. 6. Sports gymnastics rules. 7. Safety in sports gymnastics. 8. Motor learning in sports gymnastics. 9. Didactic principles, methods, organisational forms, methodology - organisational forms. 10. Applying age peculiarities to the choice of subject. 11. Gymnastics sports. 12. Guided and dashing movements, structural groups. 13. RVP, ŠVP, 14. Osnovy gymnastics Seminar Gymnastics: 1. Introducing safety in exercise, learning plan, compensatory requirements, breakdown of outputs. 2.Climb to rescue and assistance - acrobatics - I. Roll forward, II. Backward, Ill. Letmo, IV. Learning outcomes
The object of the course is to introduce the content of gymnastics and sports games as a whole, from history to their modern forms, in the form of lectures. After graduating, the student will acquire a theoretical knowledge of gymnastics and sports games and will be able to navigate gymnastics and games as a whole. In the seminars, he will acquire practical skills in rescue and assistance in the form of methodological outputs in gymnastics and practical knowledge of the methodology for practising game activities again in the form of methodological outputs. In seminars, use the new multimedia gymnastics website http://home.pf.jcu.cz/~base/public/index.php/ for element training methodology and exercises to assist.
After completing the subject, the students will possess theoretical knowledge of the field of sports gymnastics and will be acquainted with gymnastics as a whole. They will gain practical skills how to help and rescue their pupils. They will be able to use their practical knowledge of methodology of gymnastic training.

At examination demonstrate broad survey about gymnastics like unit and more detailed knowledge from single region gymnastics. Theory and didactics of gymnastics.
