1. The current state of psychology of physical exercise and sports, 2. Psychological characteristics of sports activity, typology of sports, personality of athlete 3. Perception of movement, kinesthesia, 4. Psychological aspects of motor learning 5. Emotions, motivation and activation in sports and physical exercise, 6. Pre-launch, starting and competitive states, 7. Aggression and audience action, assertiveness in sport, 8. Coaching, psychomotor, 9. Regulating Psychological Conditions Through Sporting and Motion Activities, 10. Psychotherapy, Mental and Physical Health, 11. Psychohygiene and physical aktivity, 12.Socially psychological aspects of exercise. 13. Test.

Learning outcomes
|
The course starts with defining of basis concepts. The short history of exrcise and sports psychology follow. Research in this field also been taken into account. What is badly needs to emphasize in this context are healths of exercise.
Absolvent has elementary knowledge from sport and excercise psychology. He/she is able to apply knowledge from motivation, emotions, agresivity, etc. during physical education and sport.
