Course content
1. Introduction to the subject study. Theory of physical exercises. 2. Ontogenesis human kinetic. 3. Periodization of the human age. Biological and calendar age. 4. Motor development in childhood. 5. Motor development in pubescence and adolescence. 6. Motor development in adult age and old age. 7. Complex of strength ability - structure, diagnostics. 8. Complex of speed ability - structure, diagnostics. 9. Complex of persistence ability - structure, diagnostics. 10. Complex of coordination ability - structure, diagnostics. 11. Individual morphological presupposition. 12. Basic typology schools 13. Sports metrology, statistics, standardization, types of scales.

Identification with basic construct and skills in the motor development, body composition, and typology.
Practical skills from measurement physical composition, typology and motor testing procedure.
Grounding anatomy and physiology.
