Course content
1. The introductory lesson - familiarization with the plan and requirements, setting of didactic exercises (limbering up with music), organizational instructions. Using of musical accompaniment in gymnastics, general principles how to lead the training with music, choice of music, rhythm determination, rhythmical clapping, walk, run, skips. At the beginning always 5 minutes of musical theory, limbering up with music - short students' performances, analysis of limbering up. Rhythmical motifs, vault technique. 2. basic vaults, skipping rope exercises - splits over, variation of feet, skipping rope circling backwards, circling with folded rope, combining of simple elements, skips practice, skipping rope exercises - turns, forward skipping rope, simple combination of explained exercises 3. ball exercises - basic technique - throwing and catching, bowling, , spirals and octaves, simple combination of elements 4. hoop exercises - basic technique - throwing and catching, turning, bowling, back rotation, grasping tools exercises, combining of elements, club exercises - basic technique - grasping, leading of movement, throwing and catching, circling behind and in front of the arm, under and over the arm, vaults, combining of elements, ribbon exercises - basic technique - wrist movement, spirals in all lines, figure eight, skips and combining of elements 5. scarf exercises - basic technique - bubbles, throwing up and catching, skips and simple combination of elements, moving composition - principles of compositional technique, moving motifs 6. moving composition - individual production (formation) of moving motifs and simple compositions with music, musical theory test, production and practicing of moving compositions 7. showing of moving compositions and simple combinations with chosen tools, granting of credits, fulfillment of requirements 8. Learning outcomes of the course unit, credit requirements. Basic steps of high aerobics, technique of execution. 9. Music, musical movement relations. Practicing the basic steps of high aerobics with musical accompaniment. History of competitive forms of aerobics. Practice the basic steps of high aerobics with the addition of arm movements. 10. Types of competitions, age categories. Linking basic elements to the aeobian series. Rules of competitive aerobics. Combining basic elements into aerobic series. Practice of credit choreography. 11. Compulsory elements, technique, training. Compulsory elements - jumps. 12. Compulsory elemonts - push-ups. Compulsory elements - static strength. 13. Compulsory elements - flexibility. Principles of creative choreography, graphic record. Practice of credit choreography.

Learning outcomes
The scope of the subject includes rhythmic-motor preparation, basic techniques of exercise w/apparatus, creation of motor composition, folk, social and country dances, training methodology of folk dance, exercise w/ music, theory relating to the area of rhythmic gymnastics. In aerobic to get acquainted with the basic steps of high aerobics. To get acquainted with competitive types of aerobics, with rules, basic elements of difficulty. Mastering the basic aerobic ties and their connection with musical accompaniment. Fundamentals of creative choreographies
Graduate is able to demonstrate and teach the technique of exercise with equipment, manages to create movement composition and knows music theory. His movement associates with musical interpretation. The graduate should get a comprehensive overview of the competitive forms of aerobics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment

- 75% attendance and active participation - short performances - limbering up with music - standard skipping rope exercises(three double whips, 360 turn, skipping forwards and backwards, "devil" or "scissors" formation) - presentation of the formation with chosen tools accompanied by music - 16 times - presentation of moving composition accompanied by music (4 different forms, entrance and exit, beginning and end, title, idea, practicing) - musical theory test Aerobic - active participation in teaching. Mastering the right technique of steps, orientation in music. A written test. Performing credit choreography.
