Course content

1. - 2. Basic of terminology, postures. 3. - 4. Kneels, sittings, lyings, and supports. 5. - 6. Movements of all body. 7. - 8. Movements of parts of body. 9. - 10. Acrobatic exercises. 11.-12. Exercises on apparatus - hangs, supports, sittings, swinging, turns. 13.-14. Exercises on apparatus - pull over, swing-stems, circles, flings, overturns.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Written action (comprehensive tests, clauses), Activating (simulations, games, drama)

Learning outcomes
|
Make student acquainted with basic system kinetic activity; equip student ability term basic position and movement bodies and its part according to valid standard specifications. Master of terminology of the human bodies and his part, basic terminology, physical exercising, exercising floor event, exercising acrobatic, exercising on apparatus, exercising with equipment.
Student after graduation of this subject gets theoretical knowledge of terminology; he will be able to well describe basic gymnastics exercises.

Written examination
Student must demonstrate written forms encompassment g. terminology, student for basic and high school over level requirements curriculum.
