Course content
1. Principles of correct possession bodies. Dividing gymnastics, basic position and movements. 2. Exercising individual - upper limbs - volubility. Exercising individual - upper limbs - power. 3. Exercising individual - body - volubility. Exercising individual - body - power. 4. Exercising individual - lower limbs - volubility. Exercising individual - lower limbs - power. 5. Exercise neuro - muscular co - ordination, relaxation exercises and exercise balances. Exercising with equipment, short skipping - rope, short pole. 6. Exercising with equipment medicine-ball. Exercising with equipment, weights 7. Exercising with apparatus, wall bars, bench. Example make - up introductory and setting-up exercises parts o'clock. 8. Motor systém - names and functions of muscles Introduction, gym equipment, demonstration of its use, anatomic and functional analysis of pectoralis, exercises for development and stretching 9. Influence of physical exercise on human organism, preoaration for physical exercise, tiredness, relaxation. Anatomic and functional analysis of upper limbs. 10. Human metabolism in physical exercise, changes of internal enviromment Anatomic and functional analysis of dorsal muscles, exercises for thein develompent 11. Nutrition - principles of sports nutrition, drink regime Anatomic and functional analysis of abdominal muscles, exercises for thein development, creation of body - building training. 12. Learning outcomes
Make students familiar with the basic system of physical activities; be able to name basic body position and motions according to the valid norm, master methodically ordered means of basic gymnastics. The subject conditional body - building is focused on the ability to create individual training plan that might fulfil specific demands with respekt to forming one´s body. These programes are compiled upon anatomic - functional understanding of prticular goups of muscles regarding the knowledge in sports nutrition and sports training. The aim of tuition is to master appropriate volume of exercises for development of particular groups of muscles. Stress is put on optima performance and quantity of exercises and respecting individua needs in building - up physical health.
Student after graduation of this subject gets theoretical and practical knowledge of basic gymnastics and he will be able to use methodically ordered means of basic gymnastics. Compilation of personnal training plan, command and selection of exercises for development of particular groups of muscles, proper performance of exercises, knowledge in the area of sports nutrition and sports training

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Seminar work

Active participation in o'clock. Practical mastered of exercising individual without equipment and apparatus. Practical mastered of exercising couples, exercising with equipment and tools. Registration 4 exercising from every examine lesson. Mastered practical of control test. Creation of individual training plan, command of theory.
