Learning outcomes
|
To improve kinetic abilities and skills of Track and Field athletics. Correct techniques and didactics (methodical sequences) of track and long jump. Rules of selected Track and Fields athletics events.
The course participant should be able to explain and to demonstrate correct techniques of selected track and field events (runs, starts and long jump) and also to understand relevant rules of athletics.

Student performance assessment
Athletics: 100 % active participation in the lessons. To satisfy practical requirements of selected Track and Fields athletics events.
