Course content
1. Safety in athletic training, athletic warm-up, ABC, compensation practice. 2. The technique and methodology of training long jump and throw the ball, the development of endurance 1. 3. The technique and methodology of training low start relay handover, development speed, circuit training 4. The technique and methodology of training long jump and throw the ball, the development of endurance 2. 5. The technique and methodology of training long jump and throw the ball, developing endurance information Triple jump 7. Implementation of compensatory requirements.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the methodology of teaching basic athletic disciplines in a practical form. The course includes technique and didactics of athletic disciplines of pupil and youth categories and curricula for primary and secondary schools. Familiarity with the rules of selected athletic disciplines.
After completing the course, the student will acquire basic physical skills from athletics, should be able to explain and demonstrate the correct technique of selected basic athletic disciplines (running, starting, long jump, cricket ball throw), will be able to demonstrate and eventually teach these basic skills. He will know the relevant rules of athletics.

Student performance assessment

Athletics: 100 % active participation in the lessons. To satisfy practical requirements of selected Track and Fields athletics events.
