Course content
Artistic gymnastics: 1. - 2. Familiarization with gymnastic setting-up exercises. 3. - 4. Strengthening, slackening, training of gymnastic start and take - off.. 5. Vault - training start and take - off from board. 6. Acrobatics - roll forward, backward, their combination. 7. - 8. Acrobatics - setting-up exercises for handstand, training cartwheel. 9. - 10. Bar - training pull-over, training single leg cut. 11. Bar - training single leg swing up, uderswing. 12. Beam - training of walking after beam turns on beam. 13. Beam - training, jump to the high prone falling knee - bend.

Learning outcomes
Artistic Gymnastics: Start methodical education of basic elements of sports gymnastics. Be able to perform basic sets of floor exercises and apparatus exercises. Familiarization with gymnastic setting-up exercises, strengthening, slackening, and training of gymnastic start and take - off.
Artistic gymnastics: Student after graduation of this subject gets of basic motor skills from sports gymnastics and he will be able to show this basic motor skills.

Student performance assessment

Artistic gymnastics: Practical mastered of credit exercising on tools. Active participation in o'clock, attendance.
