Athletics: 1.Introduction to subject of instruction, technique and methodology training obstacle course 2.Technique and methodology training obstacle course and high jump, the development of endurance. 3.The technique and methodology of training high jump, speed development. 4.The technique and methodology of discus throw, speed development. 5.Technique and methodology training obstacle course, the development of endurance. 6.Technique and methodology training shot put, the development of endurance. 7.Technique and methodology training shot put, the development of endurance. 8.The technique and methodology of training discus throw, speed development. 9.Technique and methodology training obstacle course, hammer information. 10.Technique and methodology training shot put, the development of endurance. 11.The technique and methodology of training high jump, walk information. 12.The technique and methodology of training discus throw. 13.Training of compensatory requirements. 14.Implementation of compensatory requirements.

Learning outcomes
To improve kinetic abilities and skills of Track and Field athletics. Correct techniques and didactics (methodical sequences) of middle distance track, high jump, throw and shot put. Rules and biomechanical principles of selected Track and Fields athletics events.
The course participant should be able to explain and to demonstrate correct techniques of selected track and field events. He or she should be able to understand relevant rules of athletics and to understand biomechanical principles of them.

Student performance assessment

Athletics: 100 % active participation in the lessons. To satisfy practical requirements of selected Track and Fields athletics events.
