Course content
Artistic gymnastics: 1. - 2. Acrobatics - hand spring forward, handstand. 3. - 4. Acrobatics - round - off, link between two cartwheel. 5. Bar - pull over, single leg swing up. 6. Bar - stride circle. 7. - 8. Bar - clear circle, underswing. 9. - 10. Beam -roll forward. 11. Beam - turn in toe standing position, feed skip 12. Beam - stag leap, dismount round - off. 13. Vault - squat over.

Learning outcomes
Artistic gymnastics: Seminar has fix technique exercising examine gymnastic elements, begin education new exercise forms, take heed to conditional training, class with setting-up exercises and education salvages.
Artistic gymnastics: Student after graduation of this subject gets of basic motor skills from sports gymnastics and he will be able to show this basic motor skills. Fix technique examine gymnastic elements.

Artistic gymnastics: Practical mastered of credit exercising on tools. Active participation in o'clock, attendance.
