Course content
1. Introduction to the content of the subject. Introduction to credit requirements, assignment of topics of individual outputs. 2. Topic of the output - applied and balanced exercises (Swedish benches and pulleys). 3. Topic of the ascent - exercises on climbers and ladders. 4. Topic of the output - wheel preparation, methodical series and help in teaching the wheel forward / backward. 5. Theme of the ascent - skipping rope (warm-up with a skipping rope, basic jumps, movement composition with a skipping rope for musical accompaniment). 6. Topic of the ascent - strengthening and support training, handstand training, methodical series and help with teaching standing on hands. 7. Topic of the ascent - jump (rebound training, lead to the gymnastic bridge, training for shrimp, methodical series and help in teaching shrimp). 8. Theme of the ascent - pole (warm-up with a pole, exercise with a pole in pairs, triplets, movement composition with a pole for musical accompaniment). 9. Topic of the output - side flip, preparation, methodical series and assistance in teaching side flip. 10. Theme of the ascent - horizontal bar (handrails, squeaking, swings forward / backward, vertical lift), methodical series and help, position and composition of the crossbar. 11. Topic of the ascent - horizontal bar (vertical dive, sashin, slip), methodical series and help, position and crossbar composition. 12. Theme of the ascent - hoop (warm-up with hoop, exercise with hoop in pairs, triplets, movement composition with hoops for musical accompaniment). 13. Theme of the ascent - jump (rebound training, lead to the gymnastic bridge, training for footwear, methodical series and assistance in teaching footwear). Theme of the output - gymnastic ball (warming up with the ball, exercise with the ball in pairs, triplets, movement composition with a ball for musical accompaniment). Swimming 1 + 2 Introduction to the content of the course and credit requirements. Safety instructions in swimming lessons. 3 + 4 Basics of water polo. 5 + 6 Basics of diving. 7 + 8 Basics of diving and underwater rugby. 9 + 10 Possibilities to help a tired swimmer. 11 + 12 Rescue in an aquatic environment. 13 Evaluation and completion of the course.

Learning outcomes
Gymnastics: The content of the course is the methodological outputs of students to master the methodological series in acrobatics and exercises on tools, principles of rescue and assistance, knowledge of gymnastic terminology, knowledge of the basics of rhythmic - movement training, technique of exercises with equipment. Swimming: The aim is to apply swimming in various variations and games in the aquatic environment.
After completing the course, the student masters theoretically and practically gymnastic elements and games in the aquatic environment at the 1st stage of primary school.
Prerequisites
Completion of gymnastics and swimming in the compulsory program Teacher Training for Primary Schools.

Student performance assessment, Seminar work

80% attendance at the course, active participation in classes, preparation of preparation for the assigned topic, implementation of methodological output on the assigned topic
