Course content
1. Semester organization. Seminary thesis 2. "Adapted physical activity" - subject, foundation, development, relation to other science and disciplinnes. International cooperation and future lookout 3. Review or particular handicaps. Regulation of handicap through physical activity. Active sport for handicapped people. 4. Contest system, paralympic games, deaflympic games, Global games, SO. 5. Physically handicapped people, amputation 6. Adapted physical activity for mentally handicapped people 7. Use of psychomotorics and yoga in physical education activities for mentally handicapped people 8. Visual disability. Adapted physical activity for visually handicapped people 9. Hearing handicap. Adapted physical activity for hearing handicapped people 10. Social integrated and personaly stabilizing effect of physical activity 11. Didaktic specifications of handicapped children education. Integration. Children´s centre ARPIDA. 12. Sport of people with internal handicap. Relation between physical excercises and physical and mental health in elder age 13. Learning outcomes
Special physical activity programs for disabled people. Physical activities appropriate for person with mental disability. Physical activities for visually impaired people. Physical activities for hearing impaired people. Active sport for disabled people. Competition and paralympics systems, deaflympic games, Global games, SOI. Social integrated and personaly stabilizing effect of physical activity for disabled people.
Student should get basic information about these problems . Student should be able to consider different adaptation in physical education and sport. Student should be understand aspects of integration.
