1-14 BOSU exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles around the body, improve posture, increase physical fitness and fat reduction.

BOSU exercise system is designed to strengthen the muscles around a complex body, having a positive impact on healthy posture, thus preventing back pain and related issues, improve balance and stability of the body, strengthening tendons and ligaments, improving physical fitness and fat reduction .
