Course content
1.-14. Warm up for 7-10 minutes Aerobic part - simple choreography approx. 20 minutes Calm down 2-3 minutes Strengthening for 15 minutes Final stretching 5 minutes

Learning outcomes
Bodystyling aerobic lessons combine exercises of predominantly low aerobics (basic walking movements) with strengthening, but also through stretching of individual parts of the whole body. It is possible to use different tools - flexbands, small dumbbells, overballs, fitballs, steppes, bosses etc .. Regular exercise leads to development of cardiovascular and respiratory system, development of endurance, strength, coordination, orientation, musicality. Further, to reduce fat, remove muscle imbalances and adjust optimal posture.
Practical mastery of a system of exercises designed to strengthen the muscles around a complex body, which has a positive impact on healthy posture, physical fitness and fat reduction.

Systematic student observation

The credit is awarded to students for over 75% of active attendance in an hour.
