Course content
Athletics : 1. PA to develop speed (reaction, acceleration, action) and dynamic strength of the lower limbs (rebound exercises). 2. PA to develop coordination and speed skills. 3.PA to develop basic endurance skills. 4. PA to develop skills and abilities for throws. 5. PA to develop coordination, cooperation and fair play. 6. PA to develop skills and abilities for relay runs. 7. TD of running (focus on short runs), running athletic alphabet. 8. TD of relay runs (focus on short runs). 9. TD of motivated endurance running and half-height start. Performance measurement in school competitions. 10.TD of high jump, including basic rules. Performance measurement in school competitions. 11.TD of long jump including basic rules. Performance measurement in school competitions. 12.TD of throwing a cricket ball including basic rules. Measurement of performance in school competitions. 13.Low start technique and methodology including basic rules and start command technique. Performance measurement in school competitions (short runs). Organization of athletic competitions for younger school children. Swimming: 1. Introduction to the subject.Safety instructions in swimming lessons. Aquatic games. 2. Games for familiarization with the aquatic environment and methodology of merging training. 3. Practicing breathing in water. 4. Basics of diving, hunting objects. 5. TD of breaststroke - lower limbs. 6. TD of breaststroke - upper limbs. 7. TD of breaststroke - coordination. 8.TD of backstroke - lower limbs. 9. TD of backstroke - upper limbs. 10.TD of backstroke - coordination. 11.TD of swimming crawl - lower limbs. 12.TD of swimming crawl - upper limbs. 13.TD of swimming crawl - coordination. Fulfillment of credit requirements. Fights: 1. Initial informations to Martial art lessons during the semester and the studi 2. Preparatory fights - combat fights. Breathing in combat disciplines. Fall training back over the shoulder. 3. Combat overpressures. Repeating the fall backwards and practicing falling forward ower the shoulder. 4. Repeat the fall forward. Practical outputs of students - warm-up on TV with combat exercises. Aikido - basic information. Systematics of Aikido and a demonstration of basic techniques in pairs. 11. Practical outputs of students - warm-up on TV with combat exercises. Self-defens basic information. Systematics of self-defense and demonstration of basic techniques in pairs. 12. Practical outputs of students - warm-up on TV with combat exercises. Tai- chi Chuan - basic information about this health and psycho - relaxation exercise. Sample basic breathing exercises and techniques from the set of Tai - chi, 24th forms of health style Jang. 13. Credits.

Didactics of physical education comprehend like special discipline that synthesizes choice piece of knowledge kinathropology also other spheres of kinathropology. She offers partly basic theoretic data in the process of formation professional teacher's skill specific regard to educational of the process on the first step of primary school, partly is concerned their applications to the real situation with the aim of formation of skill efficient drive educational of the process. Application mentioned piece of knowledge in practical disciplines of bodily upbringing: Puncture resistance exercises games and bases of resistance exercises - methodical exits: tumble technology, resistance exercises warp, pushing exercises, resistance exercises, resistance exercises games, bases of judo and mastered methodical order with a view to children younger school age. Athletics of younger school age practical mastered methodical order single athletic discipline for the first step of primary school. Differentiation of these knowledge's for kinetic stagnant pupils and for kinetic mature individual. The main didactic problem of educational process and its pivotal moments. Swimming of younger school age - didactics of swimming of breaststroke, crawl-stroke and backstroke. Mistakes in swimming technologies of breaststroke, crawl-stroke and backstroke and their stripping - methodical series, 3 - 4 lessons of theory about swimming, personal training in swimming - pool, rescue wallow and help tired swimmers.
Student will be able to single-handed put together and lead educational lesson bent on athletics, swimming and resistance exercises games for children younger school age after ending of this subject.
