Course content
Lectures 1. Didactics of this subject - historical development, contents, structure, relation to other kinds of didactics. Aims and tasks of PE at the basic schools. Teaching programmes. Framework of educational programme at the basic schools. 2. Units in PE. School PE curriculum. 3. Educational action in PE process, health education - health care, nutrition, addictive substances, health influencing activities. 4. Learning - motion learning, relation, didactic aspects of motion learning. 5. PE teacher - his function, structure of PE teacher personality. 6. Pupil - object and subject of lessons, unusualness of development by students at secondary schools and posibility how to influence their growing and improving. 7. Didaktic directing styles and test. 8. Lesson procedure, principles, methods. 9. Teaching unit at the basic school. 10. Didaktic forms, planning, checking and recording school PE. 11. Evaluation and marking in school PE. 12. Teaching environment - security regulations, equipment, tools. 13.- 14. Alternative approach to motion activities. Interest PE activities, its forms, motion activities and health. Creating a portfolio of the student. Basic study documents for the 1st. Elementary School. Practical exercises - gymnastics: 1. Gymnastics, its division, components of basic gymnastics. Ordinary exercises, exercises used. 2. Simple exercises, composition of gymnastic warm-up. 3. Exercise with traditional and non-traditional equipment - skipping ropes, bars, hoops, balls, scarves, ribbons, etc. 4. Characteristics of tools, safety rules and organization of exercises on tools, nomenclature of exercises on tools. 5. Exercise on climbing ladders. 6. Exercises - Swedish box, benches. 7. Basics of acrobatics. Rotary preparation. Preparatory exercises on the roll forward / backward. Disc variants forward / backward. Methodological series and help. 8. Basics of acrobatics. Didactics of physical education comprehend like special discipline that synthesizes choice piece of knowledge kinathropology also other spheres of kinathropology. On the basis those synthesis form just direction and instructions for practical activity and checks their feasibility practically. Subject investigation is doctrinal suit comprehensive: a) Receptive interaction, deal with relation pupil to subject matter and kinetic teaching, b) Doctrinal interaction, deal with relation activities teacher and activities pupil. Discipline list-form of macroinstruction students with problems education and class upon this step. She offers partly basic theoretic data in the process of formation professional teacher's skill specific regard to educational of the process on the first step of primary school, partly is concerned their applications to the real situation with the aim of molding skill efficient drive educational of the process. The General didactics of physical education and sports deal with ontogenetic, evolutionary and psychomotor specials of pupil on the first step of primary school in relation to didactic technology in physical education. Further it deals with structure of this educational process in area school physical training. Spectrum of didactic control styles, structure of educational lesson and her types. Healthy - preventive look on educational lesson and non-traditional kinetic program. Application mentioned piece of knowledge in practical disciplines of physical education: Theory and didactics gymnastics of younger school age - the content of this subject are methodical demonstrations of students to master methodical orders in gymnastics, salvages and help during gymnastics lessons, further knowledge of terminology, further rhythmically - kinetic training, technique of exercising with instruments, basic dance steps and simple popular dance. Theory and didactics sports games of younger school age - sports games for the first step of primary school. Further it deals with theory and didactics kinetic games which are suitable for school physical education. The organization and regulate competition given kinetic and sports games.
Student will be able to single-handed and well put together lesson of physical education. Student will be able to organize and lead lesson of physical education not only in obligatory area, but also in special - interest area of physical training. Further student will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of education, recognize didactic styles, methods classification of pupils and will prove insert the pedagogical aspect to the PT lesson after graduation this subject.
