Course content
1. Introduction, safety , equipment and accessories, organisation of the workout, theory and the methodology of basic skating, credit requirements. 2. Basic movements on inlines, preparatory exercises for pushing, going forward, stopping 3. Basic movement skills, balance workout, going forvard 4. Turning and bending forvard - preparatory exercises, stopping, games to developer the balance and coordination 5. Fitness skating, games 6. Turning techniques, jumps and skipping, circle drive, exercising games 7. Basics of backward ride, basics of inline skating,preparatory exercises for pushing, riding and stopping. 8. Balance exercises, backward ride, pairs ride 9. Circle backward ride, - preparatory exercises for carving 10. Repeating of learned elements 11. Fitness skating, drive on recreational path 12. Fitness skating, drive on recreational path 13. Final repeating of the subjekt matter 14. Credits

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with both practising basic skills and theorems as regards inline skating. The syllabus consists of forwards and backwards skating, stopping, turning with control, skating in curves, fitness skating, together with information on recommended inline skating equipment and protective gear.
