Course content
1.Theoretical yoga basics, ethical yoga basics in practise, applied fundamentals for yoga exercises, yoga exercises effects, use of yoga in practise. 2. Stretching and relaxation exercises- saravhitaasany and basic relaxation poses. Significance and effect of breathing exercises, full yoga breath in different variation and poses 3. Synchronisation of breathing and exercises, short-term relaxation, saravhitaasany, yoga poses and the impact for human mind (psyche) - Khatu pranam 4. Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Monitoring, Demonstration, Skills training
Learning outcomes
Methodology of work with juveniles. Application of yoga in school PE lessons and in the prevention of juvenile drug addiction. Basic stretching and relaxation exercises - so called saravhitaasanas and essential relaxation positions. The importance and effects of deep-breathing in various positions. Synchronisation of breathing and exercises. The importance of yoga for the development of motor memory, flexibility, and neuromuscular coordination.
Graduate knows the effect of yoga poses, is capable of teaching Yoga configurations.
