Course content
1. Charakteristics and point of games with pads and paddles 2. Terminology of games with pads and paddles -softball - exercising throwing and blasting off 3. Softball - taking bases, tactics of the game in the field 4. Softball - guided game 5. Softball - tools for playing and using them 6. Game rules - game 7. Practising exercises for softball 8. Game - match, deciding 9. Game - match, deciding 10. Softball slowpitch - rules, differences in game, game 11. Croquet - rules, game technique, game 12. Croquet - game 13. Softball - tournament of the teams 14. Credits - written test in theory of games with pads and paddles

Learning outcomes
Obtaining basic theoretical knowledge (technique, tactics, game rules) and practical skills from games with pads and paddles. Trying to learn how to decide and rule these games and how to organize competitions during playing. Aims: using these games according to school possibilities in special-interest P.E.
Student after graduation of this subject gets theoretical knowledge and practical skills from games with pads and paddles. He will be able to organise, decide and use them according to the school conditions in afterschool PE activity.
