Course content
1. Introduction of course content and credit requirements. Conception of "powerhouse", "core", "the centre of body". 2. Basic principles of Pilates exercise (including lateral breathing) in various position. 3. Breathing, warm up, basic exercises. 4. Breathing, warm up, basic exercises. 5. To inform students about the basic principles of Pilates mat exercises. To understand basic Pilates exercises by regular practice.
The course participant should be able to connect deep stabilization system and hold them not only by exercise but also in another acitivities.
