Course content
Lecture: 1. History massage, Psycho - social meaning touch in massage, role masseur. Characteristic massage and her meaning (aim, effects). 2. Bases anatomy . 3. Resources regeneration. 4. Rubbing techniques - touchs and their using. 5. Sorts sports massage and way using. 6. Masseur and environment, rubbing resources, contra - indication massage. 7. Hygienic fundamentals sports massage. 8. Alternative rubbing resources and apparatus. Completive rubbing techniques. Hothouse, water procedures. 9. Dermatology. Cosmetic massage. 10. Taping,kinesiotaping, pain. 11. Hygiene sustenance. Constituent parts fare. Their meaning, occurrence in groceries. Recommended ration. Drinkable regime. 12. First aid. 13. First aid. 14. Written test. Exercising 1.- 4. Ssports massage removing fatigue - repetition . 5. Massage before sports mutch and massage among single sports achievements. 6. Massage themselves. 7.-9. Taping. Kinesiotaping. 10. Taping. Kinesiotaping. 11. Muscular dysbalance - summary proceedings and feeble muscles - testing. 12. First aid - practice (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation), hemostasia, bandage, pull - out position. 13. Repetition. 14. Sportingly cosmetic massage.

Learning outcomes
In the theoretical part of this education student regaining total information about theory and practice sports massage - partition of rubbing achievements, their historical connection, substance and tools used at sports massage, questions about hygiene massage, methodical fundamentals massage technique, indication and contra - indication rubbing achievements. Bases dermatology. Taping like prevention sports injuries. In practical parts student will teach apply massage before spots achievement, massage in intervals among sports achievements, massage after travelling, sportingly medical massage, cosmetic massage, taping like prevention sports injuries. After graduation this subject student will be able to do sports massage to the full extent. Practical exercising students are practising one another on to themselves.
After graduation this subject student will able to separately and practically apply overall sports massage .

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Test

1)separate preparation on practical lessons ( separate practical demonstration sports massage) 2)written test - 70% fruitfulness of test and knowledge practice sports massage, oral - theory and practise Conditions for obtaining certificate"Sports masseur except region health service": examination with benefit excellent, or very well. Other - well - have not title to obtaining certificate, examination is executed and script to the stag.
