Course content
Introduction to the subject - lecture: summary of means and forms regeneration, massage in system complex regeneration (definition, effects, kinds of sports massage), hygiene of sports massage, massage's emulsion. 2. Sport massage removing fatigue - demonstration and explication single masseuse touchs, progress touchs at massage Massage in the area of back 3. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - back 4. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - back 5. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - neck 6. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - neck and back 7. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - lower limbs, back side 8. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - lower limbs, back side 9. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - lower limbs, front side + passive movements in joints 10. Practice sports massage removing fatigue - lower limbs, front side + passive movements in joints 11. - 12. Repetition practice sports massage removing fatigue - lower limbs 13. - 14. Filling credit requirement.

Learning outcomes
Student is regaining basic practical acquirements and experience from techniques sports massage removing fatigue - massage of back, massage of neck, massage of lower limb - back side, massage of lower limb - front side. The practical exercising practise students respectively on to themselves.
After graduation this subject student will able to separately and practically apply sports massage removing fatigue lower limbs, back and neck. Further he will know basic contra - indication sports massage.

Systematic student observation

Active attendance in education, mastered of all massage touchs, mastered passive movements in massage. Personal equipment on education: appropriate clothing and footwear, emulsion.
