Course content
1) Introductory lesson Familiarizing with the plan and the requirements, organizational set up. Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquire the knowledge and competencies of various yogic techniques and to be able to apply them methodically in sporting and training practice. The subject affords basic orientation in the system of yogic exercises and techniques.
Graduate knows the offect of yoga poses, is capable of teaching Yoga configurations manages to organize exercises and knows the theory of Yoga
