Course content
Lectures and seminars: Managing of single masseuse touches and their succession. Managing of a basic sport massage removing tiredness in the back area. Revision. Massage of lower limbs from behind and from the front. Massage of neck. Revision. Managing of passive movements of lower limbs. Survey of agents and forms of activation, sorts of therapy. Massage in the system of complex activation. Hygiene of a sport massage and working environment. Massaging resources. Relaxation resources. Relaxation premises. Revision of a leg from behind, a leg from the front.

Learning outcomes
Survey about basic forms, methods and instrument complex regeneration. Theory and praxis sports massage removing fatigue. View to subject (introductory lecture), mastered single masseur touches and their sequence, mastered countries sports massage removing fatigue in areas back, lower limbs from behind also interiorly, neck. Mastered passive movements lower limbs.
Knowledge basic forms, methods and agents of complex regeneration. Theoretic knowledge single masseur touches. Practical mastered sports massage removing fatigue in the area back, neck and lower limbs.
Prerequisites
Knowledge from problems anatomy, somatology. Active application theory to the practice.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Student performance assessment, Systematic student observation

Active attendance in education, managing of all masseuses touches, managing of passive movements.
