Course content
Lectures and seminars: Massage removing tiredness applied to lower extremities from the front. Passive movements in talar, knee, hip joint. Extension and unblocking of muscular groups on the lower extremity. Feet and finger massage. Revision lesson. Practice of a sport massage removing tiredness in the area of a chest. Massage in the area of a stomach. Back and neck massage. Massage removing tiredness of an upper limb. Demonstration of passive movements in joints on upper limbs. Palm massage. General massage removing tiredness. Cosmetic massages removing tiredness in facial parts. Demonstration of the massage of the hairy head part. Demonstration of a reflective feet massage. Massage according to particular needs. Massage according to particular needs. Points of pressure. Auto massages removing tiredness.

Learning outcomes
Total massage removing fatigue, auto - massage. Sports massage emergency and cosmetic. Adoption basic sports massage removing fatigue in the area chest, abdomen, upper limbs. Improvement and repetition sports massage removing fatigue in the area back, neck, lower limbs from behind also from the front and passive movement's lower limbs. Mastered auto - massage removing fatigue. View to cosmetic massage and appropriation basic masseur touches.
Knowledge basic forms, methods and agents of complex regeneration. Practical mastered sports massage removing fatigue in the area chest, abdomen and upper limbs. Single massage.
