Course content
Lecture and seminars: Meaning of activation in the context of development of healthy style of life. Basic terminology, resolution activation and rehabilitation. Medical method classical and alternative (explication, resolution). Relaxation. Basic regeneration techniques (procedures: water, heat, luminous, electropathy, medical physical training). Cosmetics and cosmetic massage (theory), natural cosmetics. Reflexology (theory and main principles, survey of reflective zones on leg, basic techniques). Shiatzu (oriental conception of health, tools and techniques, basic procedure in single regions of the human body). Alternative techniques and their exercise at present (acupressure, autogenic training, ajurvedska medicine, Chinese medicine, curative herbage and Bachovy floral flavouring, kinesiology, aromatherapy, homoeopathy, salt cave, jewel flavouring). Tejpovani (meaning, principal capital, video - demonstration of tejpovani of single regions). Cosmetic massage - demonstration, practice. Reflective therapy for leg - demonstration, practice. Tejpovani - HK (fingers, wrist, elbow), practice. Tejpovani - DK (knee, ankle, Achilles sinew, instep).

Learning outcomes
Pedagogical and biologically medical substance regeneration. Bases dermatology. Complex regeneration. Taping like prevention sports injuries. First help - practice (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation), haemostasis, bandage technology, pull - out position. Sports massage removing fatigue - repetition (back and neck, lower limb from behind, lower limb from the front, upper limb, chest, abdomen, general massage).
Practising general massage removing fatigue. Theoretic knowledge of regeneration agents and of regeneration procedures. Application theory in practice.
Prerequisites
Knowledge and application massage removing fatigue in partial parts of the human bodies.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Student performance assessment, Systematic student observation, Hospitace

Active attendance in education, mastered basics of a cosmetic massage, tejpovani, written test
