Course content
Lectures and seminars: 1. Managing of single masseuse touches and their succession. 2. Managing of a basic sport massage removing tiredness in the back area. 3. Revision. 4. Massage of lower limbs from behind and from the front. 5. Massage of neck. 6. Revision. 7. Managing of passive movements of lower limbs. 8. Survey of agents and forms of activation, sorts of therapy. 9. Massage in the system of complex activation. 10. Hygiene of a sport massage and working environment. 11. Massaging resources. 12. Relaxation resources. 13. Relaxation premises. 14. Revision of a leg from behind, a leg from the front.

Learning outcomes
Signification of regeneration techniques in contemporary way life. Survey about basic ways, methods and instrument complex regeneration organism - information on single forms (luminous and thermal procedures, water procedures, alternative techniques) and inspection of classes in relevant establishment corresponding care about client in school age (soaks, showers, glaze, whirling massage, sub aquatic massage, regenerative swimming - pool, hothouse, steam bath etc.). Offer different forms regenerative forms for harmonic development personalities - familiarization listeners with partial sort's relaxation (autogenic training, relaxation movement - compensatory exercising, regenerative exercising in water. Static relaxation in different type's environment and conditions). Theory and praxis sports massage removing fatigue like one's from basic regenerative techniques (base notions, indication and contra - indication massage, hygiene, standard equipment, rubbing substance). Practical mastered single masseuse touches and their succession, mastered countries sports massage removing fatigue in the area back and neck, lower limbs from behind, lower limbs from the front inclusive active and passive movements.
Knowledge basic forms, methods and instrument complex regeneration. Theoretic knowledge single masseur touches. Practical mastered sports massage removing fatigue in the area back, neck and lower limbs.
Prerequisites
Knowledge from problems anatomy, somatology. Active application theory to the practice.
