Course content
1. Introductory informations to the Tchai-ťi čchüan training during semester and studies.Recommended literature. Brief classification. Sport equippment and wear, moral. Credit requirements. 2. Learning outcomes
Through practical exercise, students will learn the basics of this eastern martial art, which centres on physical skills and breathing exercises for the development of a healthy body as well as an alert mind. The course will cover the 24 forms of Tai-chi and the other, less difficult, pa tuan ťin, or the eight parts of brocade, a Chinese quigong set of exercises with benefits to physical health.
