Course content
1. Safety in athletic training, athletic warm-up, ABC, compensation practice. 2. The technique and methodology of training long jump and throw the ball, the development of endurance 1. 3. The technique and methodology of training low start relay handover, development speed, circuit training 4. The technique and methodology of training long jump and throw the ball, the development of endurance 2. 5. The technique and methodology of training low start relay handover, development speed, circuit training, information, pole vault 6. The technique and methodology of training long jump and throw the ball, developing endurance 3., information Triple jump 7. Implementation of compensatory requirements.

Learning outcomes
To improve kinetic abilities and skills of Track and Field athletics. Correct techniques and didactics (methodical sequences) of track and long jump. Rules of selected Track and Fields athletics events.
The course participant should be able to explain and to demonstrate correct techniques of selected track and field events (runs, starts and long jump) and also to understand relevant rules of athletics.

Student performance assessment, Systematic student observation

100 % active participation in the lessons. To satisfy practical requirements of selected Track and Fields athletics events.
