Course content
1. Physical activity and her relation to longitude and quality of life, influence physical activities on organums. 2. Civilization illness. 3. Diet and physical stress. Drinkable regime. Energy resources for stress. 4. Practical exercising - poor posture, entezopatie, osteochondropatie. 5. Tiredness, kinds tiredness, removing tiredness. 6. Regeneration, rehabilitation and their method. 7. Doping. 8. Practical exercising - sports check-up. 9. Testing in laboratory and terrain, instances of tests, their classification and meaning. Test W170, VO2max, Wingate test, Conconiho test. 10. Testing in laboratory and terrain, instances of tests, their classification and meaning. Cooperův test, Ruffierův test, step test. 11. Practical exercising. Testing efficiency in laboratory. Ortoklinostaticky test. 12. Woman and physical stress. 13. Practical exercising - sports check-up.14. Practical exercising. Muscular test, muscular dysfunction.

Learning outcomes
Physical preparation, her relation to longitude and quality of life, civilizing illness. Nutriment. Drinkable regime. Mistakes of spine, entezopatie, osteochondorpatie. Fatigue and her removing. Doping. Sports medical check-up. Testing in laboratory and terrain. Ergometre, pulmonary function tests. Woman and physical stress. Age differentiation of exercising.
After graduation this subject student will able to apply simple diagnostic methods from areas sports medicine.
