Course content
It is an increase of the physical condition of students JU within 13 hours during the winter term. The course content is specific for each timetable event - aerobics, fitness training, badminton, basketball, body styling, bosu, floorball, yoga, fitness training in the gym, climbing on the artificial wall for beginners, climbing on the artificial wall for small, soccer and football-tennis, pilates, power yoga, self-defense, spinning, step-aerobic, table tennis, tai-chi-chuan and shiatsu, tennis, volleyball, zumba, health physical education.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to increase physical condition of students of the University of South Bohemia, which is the basis of civilization diseases. The course includes a number of specific timetabled activities for which the student enrolls - aerobic lessons, zumba, spinning, fitness training, yoga, poweryoga, pilates, climbing, swimming, athletics, volleyball, football, tenis, table tenis, tai-chi-chuan a shiatsu, aikido, self defence ...
