Course content
1.P:Introduction of the course, credit requirements. The history of aerobic and wellness. C:Revise of low aerobics basic moves, correct technique, practice of low aerobics basic moves with music. 2.P:Main aerobic charakteristics. Fyziology of arobic. C:Revise of low aerobics basic moves, correct technique, practice of low aerobics basic moves with music. 3.P:Music, music-to-move relations, communication in aerobic. C:Revise of high aerobics basic moves, correct technique, practice of verbal and nonverbal comunication. 4.P:Aerobic lesson structure, specific methods of teaching aerobic and how to create choreography. C:Practical sample of teaching methods. 5.P:Step aerobic. C:Revise of step aerobics basic moves, correct technique, practice of step aerobics basic moves with music. 6.P:Pilates, lateral breathing, main Pilates principals. C:Revise of basic Pilates exercises. 7.P:Rules of correct bodybuilding, postural muscles, limp muscles, overview of particular muscles trajectories. C:Practical examples of basic tone up moves (abdominal, scapulae fixators, shoulder muscles, biceps, triceps)and their correct technique. 8.P:Rules of correct bodybuilding, postural muscles, limp muscles, overview of particular muscles trajectories. C:Practical examples of basic tone up moves (buttocks, leg muscles)and their correct technique. 9.P:Rules of correct stretching C:Practical examples of basic stretching moves and their correct technique, prestretching. 10.P:Aerobic for children. C:Practical examples of child´s aerobic. 11.P:Posibilites of implementation of aerobics into PE classes. C:Practical examples of children aerobics into PE classes. 12.P:Graphic note of choreography, preparation of own credit choreography. C:Practice of own choreography teaching - for credit requirements. 13.P:Aerobic and old age, pragnancy, and after childbirth. C:Practice of own choreography teaching - for credit requirements. 14.P:Survey of modern forms aerobics lessons. C:Practice of own choreography teaching - for credit requirements.

Demonstration, Skills training, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The course builds on knowledge of Zaer and deepens them. The course practice verbal and nonverbal communication, building full aerobic class and use of special methods of teaching choreography. The course is intended for all who want to lead aerobic classes and to get aerobics instructor license.
Be able to lead own aerobics lessons
Prerequisites
The condition of register for this course is successful gruduation in subject ZAER.

Assessment methods and criteria
Didactic test, Systematic student observation

For students BTV1 - active participation in lessons (75%), practical completion and written test. For studying TVS1n - active participation in lessons (75%), practicing aerobics lessons.
