Course content
1. P- Introduction, literature, characteristics of CPE S - Basic positions of corrective excercise 2. P- Organization forms of CPE, principles for relaxation and stretching S - Testing of shortened muscles 3. P - Pronciples for strengthening muscles, basic positions of strengthening excercise S - Testing of muscles, which tend to be weakening, excercises for muscle strenght 4. P - Postural funcion, postural stereotype, good body posture, diagnostics, postural disorders S - Diagnostics of good body posture, compensation excercises 5. P - Syndroms of muscle disharmony, hypermobility, motor stereotype S - Examination of muscle disharmony 6. P - Vertebrogenic disorders - greater thoracic kyphosis S - Compensatory and developing excercises for greater thoracic kyphosis 7. P - Vertebrogenic disorders - greater lumbar lordosis S - Compensatory and developing excercises for greater lumbar lordosis 8. P - Frontal Spine disorders - scoliosis S - Scoliosis - examination, compensatory and developing excercises 9. P - Pain, theory of vertebrogenic area C,TH,LP S - Relaxation excercises, fitness yoga, autogenic training 10. P - Weakening of pelvic floor S - Muscle disharmony of pelvic floor 11. Imposition this discipline is give to set theoretic piece of knowledge which beacon basic causes of temporary or lasting departures of body evolution, body building and health position and functional skills which will help prevent and remove or at least reduce incidence influences of deteriorative health so as to the weak organism will be reliable base for harmonic body posture. In practical parts of this subject is emphasis rapid - fire on adoption correct election of gym instructor agents, i. e. compensative and elaborative exercising at different types weakening, namely considering standpoint biological, psychological also social. Health functions of physical education, school conception and out - of - school health PT. The methods of investigation and classification of body posture and physical efficiency, postural function, abnormalities in body posture, compensatory exercising, body dysfunction, they are content of this subject. Diagnostic of the motor system and the identification of special means (remendial exercises) used in the treatment of weakened individuals. Defects of posture (scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis) and the ways of correcting them.
Student will be able to diagnose abnormalities from correct body posture. Further student will has information about collections exercises, which are good for correct body posture after graduation this subject.
