Course content
1. L - Revision ZTV1M. S - Revision of basic positions of corrective excercise, muscle disharmony postural disorders, vertebrogenetic disorders 2. L - Age cathegories and their motor specifications S - Excercises with gymball 3. L - Pedagogic diagnostics ( Aspection method, examination of dynamics and other forms of watching) S - examination of dynamics 4. L - Impairment of respiratory system - asthma bronchiale (charakteristics of impairment, principles of P.E. process) S - Breathing excercises, breathing wave 5. L - - Impairment of cardiovascular system (charakteristics of impairment, principles of P.E. process) S - teaching practice demonstrations of students 6. L - Gynekological impairments and P.E. process S - teaching practice demonstrations of students 7. L - Metabolism and endocrinologic impairments. S - teaching practice demonstrations of students 8. Learning outcomes
Aim of this subject is to provide a collection of theoretical knowledge, which explain basic causes of temporary or permanent disorders in physical development, physical building, health condition and practical skills, which help to prevent, eliminate or at least reduce factors that have undesired impact on the state of health to help weakened organism become a resposible base for harmonic physical and mental development. Practical part is focused on assumption of a right choice of physical-training features, i.e. compensatory and developing excercises for various types of healthy weakenings regarding to biological, psychological and social aspects. Examination methods and classification of physical development and physical fitness. Weakening of other systems (respiratory, cardiac - vascular, ..)
After passing this course a student will be able to diagnose temporary or permanent disorders in physical development, physical building, health condition and practical skills and will have knowledge of setting up a list of exercises which help to eliminate or at least reduce these disorders.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of human anatomy and fyziology.
