Course content
|
Seminar topics: 1. Characteristics of textiles as a specific medium and art material. 2. Introduction to artists who use textiles as the main art medium. 3. Technological processes and materials for creating with textiles. 4. Textile creation as a source of inspiration for art lessons. 5.-7. Use of textiles in surface creation: preparation of matrices, creation of monotypes. 8.-11. Use of textiles in spatial creation: spatial objects from textiles and waste materials. 12.-13. Work on your own art project from textiles and combined materials.

Learning outcomes
|
The seminars are focused on discovering the creative potential of textile material and its specific use within the framework of productive activities at primary schools. The content of the course is fully dedicated to its position and significance not only in the artistic and pedagogical level, but also partly with a connection to the individual authorial creation of the students.

Prerequisites
|
The student will acquire the characteristics of textile material and its artistic potential within the framework of productive activities at primary school. The student analyzes the works of artists who work with textile media and is inspired by them for their own artistic creation. The student realizes and presents their own artistic project that combines textile with other materials and reflects the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge. The student chooses a methodological approach focused on textile creation with regard to the development of student creativity and practical skills.

Analysis of creative work (musical, visual, literary)
Analysis of the student's creative performance, activity in seminars, 80% attendance.
