Course content
A cycle of lectures providing students with a comprehensive orientation in the art aspects of the 2nd half of the 20th century. Visual art will be viewed by the prisms of sociology, psychology, etc. In this context, the student will observe the processuality of the creation of art production and develop empathy and interpret intrapsychic aspects of creation The content of the lectures: - Introduction from the theoretical disciplines dealing with fine arts - Sociological View of Fine Art I - Sociological view of art II - Symbol, sign and message in fine art - The View of Psychology for Fine Art I - The View of Psychology in Visual Arts II - Procedural Aspects of Fine Art - Untold, but displayed in the artwork - Art Brut - The reflection of the author's life in his artwork - The relationship of the artist and his work - Possibilities of Interpretation I - Possibilities of Interpretation II - Debate on other possibilities of previews of contemporary art The content of the seminars: - visual and psychological effect of shape and composition - simple sketch - automatism in abstract painting - painting work on the principle of automatism - painting work on the principle of association of abstract shapes to symbolic structures - painting form, license and gesture as a means of delimiting and mediating content - experimental painting exercises - work with symbols in the image - preparatory part I - work with symbols in the image - preparatory part II - work on image with symbolic language, characters and message I - image work with symbolic language, characters and message II - image work with symbolic language, characters and message III - image work with symbolic language, characters and message IV - image work with symbolic language, characters and message V - analysis and interpretation of created works I - analysis and interpretation of created works II - practical adjustment and installation of the work

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Graphic and art activities
Learning outcomes
The course is focused on the released of the formal expression in the creation and formulation of the artist's opinion. The studio work will be using intersections of different media.
The students will verify their abilities to make a complex artwork (project) in the architectural space.
Prerequisites
Capability of creative work based on erudition.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Student performance assessment, Analysis of creative work (musical, visual, literary), Combined exam

Qualified to handle all technical means artistically realization of the artwork.
